Daily Eating & Exercise

Food Intake:
1 & a half eggs
2 & a half sausages
eggs & bacon at school
ground chicken mixed with chorizo, cheese, lettuce, and a little avocado
a grilled chicken salad with ranch from Charcoal Delights

Exercise:

30 minutes on a level 2 on the treadmill


I am unhappy with my eating for the day... I feel like I ate a little too much :/ Aside from that I feel good about my day. I already started studying a bit and plan to study a little more after I write this entry.

That coat is so awesome... I've had it six years and still LOVE it. I left it at the dry cleaners and they almost donated it! SEE!? It is that kind of laziness I want to stop! I allow myself to do stuff like that WHICH IS SO STUPID.
UGH.

I probably won't weigh any less tomorrow ;( sad clown!
