Saigon Shakes: Birthday Dress...

Since I am in the process of losing weight, I know I will be down to my goal weight by my birthday (May 31). As such, I want to wear a really cute dress on my birthday to celebrate all of my progress! I LOVE this dress. Although the studs look a little cheap, I think it is perfect for a night out on the town with my girls for my birthday. On your birthday I think you're allowed to dress up a bit, and I think this would be perfect :)
